The 3rd Symposium on Water Innovation in Massachusetts (SWIM) was held on May 20 in Boston. SWIM is a great opportunity for the local MA water cluster to come together, this year about 100 companies attended the event making it a great networking opportunity for the local water industry.
Each year SWIM organizes the Headwaters Innovation Prize, which seeks to highlight the most innovative early-stage water start-ups. This year Anfiro and two other companies made it to the final round and were offered a chance to present their companies at the Symposium. The winner was decided by an audience vote, and we're proud to announce that Anfiro was this year's prize winner. The award includes a cash prize as well as in-kind legal services offered by Goodwin Proctor LLP.
We thank all the sponsors of this year's event including NEWIN and Northeastern University, as well as all the audience members who voted for us for all their support.
